Planning Your Project
What is your turnaround time?
We prefer our clients to give us at least a 4-day notice prior to a flight as this allows us time to prepare. You will be able to expect photos 24 hours after the flight.
How will I get my files?
You can expect an email that will include your receivables through a dropbox link. This process is quite simple and allows for easy communication back and forth if need be.
Do I need to be present for the flight?
You are more than welcomed to join us on a flight if you feel that it would benefit the project in any way. However, if you do choose to not join us then it will reduce the delay time strictly because we will not have to match schedules.
What is the best weather for the flight?
The most ideal weather is surprisingly not a sunny day. This is because the sunlight may present to be too harsh for exposure. With that being said, a partly cloudy day will be ideal due to the lighting and the clouds providing texture.
Can you fly near airports?
This truly depends. We will take care of this if it becomes an obstacle. Pretty often, you will just need to obtain permission to fly far in advance.

We currently fly a Mavic 2 Zoom. This drone is fully capable of capturing stunning 4K video, high-resolution photos, orthomosaic maps, 3D models.

What file format do you use?
When delivering photos, we will deliver what is asked of us. By default, we will deliver both RAW (DNG) and JPEG images. We also will deliver MP4 video, unless otherwise asked.
What photo resolution can l expect?
You can expect high resolution from our drone. Refer back to the specs listed above.
Billing & Payment
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept all payments through Wave.
Can I get just one photo?
Of course! The receivables are totally up to you. It is difficult to always know just exactly what you want, so we will take many photos for you to choose from.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There will no be any hidden fees. The amount you are quoted for, is the amount we will charge you.
